Get A Massage
After your visit your chiropractor, schedule a massage. Even if your chiropractor was able to alleviate the pain from your pinched nerve, getting a massage can still be beneficial. Having a pinched nerve creates stress throughout your body, and a massage is a great way to relieve that pain.
